How to order.

Click the buy button to add the item to your shopping basket. You are able to delete add or change quantities should you so wish.
Once you are happy with your purchase you can after checking all is correct proceed to checkout where you will be able to complete the order with your personal details and payment information. The e-mail address you provide will be used to contact you only regarding your order.
When you have given the required information and are happy with your order, submit the order by clicking on the “Place Order” button. You will then be sent a confirmation e-mail message to the e-mail address as you have provided.

Payments

Once you are satisfied with the order you may pay for your purchase by Credit Card in the knowledge that your details are protected and that the transaction will be secure. Your card will be debited as soon as the order is processed.

You may pay for your order by cheque or postal order but at present only in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank account.

Cancelled Orders

To cancel your order, please send us an e-mail containing the order details. If the order has been processed it may be too late to cancel but you can return the item for a refund of your money.

Postage & Delivery

Our aim is to have your order dispatched the next day following your order so that it arrives with you as quickly as possible. We post in unmarked plain parcels and for UK deliveries the postage cost is £3.00. For orders outside the UK postage costs are £5.50 and the mail service we use is “International Signed for” as we believe that gives a better chance of a safe and secure delivery.
